For all bookings – if you cannot make your appointment or think you may not be able to, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice. No shows and last minute cancellations will not be tolerated and will result in us not allowing you to book again without a pre-payment of your services. We set aside time for you, for your appointment and not showing or last minute cancellations (which are same day), are spots that are not fillable. This is hurtful to us as a small business, but also to our staff who have put that time aside for you.
NOTE: Fridays and Saturdays are the most popular booking times; depending on the treatment you request it may take 1 month or longer for us to book you an appointment for either of these days. Masks are still mandatory within our facility until further notice.
