Our Massage Therapists are all registered and licensed. All of our therapists are trained with different techniques for relaxation, therapeutic, trigger point, sports and pregnancy massage. All therapists are different in their techniques – our suggestion? Try them all to see what your body prefers! Please do check your extended medical package, as coverage differs with each company. We do not direct bill but will provide you with the necessary receipts for coverage.
If you have allergies, high blood pressure or are pregnant, please inform us before your treatment so that we may make the necessary adjustments to your massage and/or service (s). We do not recommend massage in the first trimester of pregnancy. Opinions on this differ, but our therapists feel that this is not suitable for that first trimester and we do stand behind their professional opinion.

Hot stone massage: a natural therapy in which warmed stones are positioned on parts of the client’s body to maximize the therapeutic benefit. These stones are heated in sanitizing water before use. Hot stone massages are beneficial on both physical and psychological levels. Always check with your doctor before getting a hot stone massage; individuals with certain conditions–including pregnant women and people with high blood pressure–are advised to avoid this type of therapy. Each therapist has their own unique way of working with these stones, so no two Hot Stone Massages are alike.
Addition to any massage $10.00
