How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Whether you have been here before or not, it’s always good to arrive a touch early to find parking, put your items away in your locker or just gather yourself and relax with a glass of water or a hot cup of tea prior to your spa start time. Arriving late? We always appreciate a phone call; but please do understand that your service(s) may have to be modified so as not to make the person after you late for their appointment.
Gift certificates do not have an expiry date. There are no refunds or cash back on any gift certificate purchases. When booking, please have the gift certificate ID available, as we will not be able to book you in without this number.
All bookings over 1 hour must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiry, a gift certificate number or a pre-payment. A 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or 50% of the service(s) will be charged or a gift certificate will be null and void. In the case of a ‘no show’ , we will have no choice but to charge 100% of the service(s) booked and void any certificates as the time was booked for you. Please be aware that group bookings or day packages, may require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Why? Well, simply put, you’re booking off a large part of our day and if you don’t show or cancel last minute, then our day and our therapists day has been cancelled. Not to worry though! That deposit goes towards your services booked, so if you have no cancellation issues then it’s less you pay on the day of your treatments!
Where do you park? Unfortunately, there is no designated parking; however there is an open air parking lot, street parking and a covered parkade available right close to us. The are also numerous bus routes that stop very close by. The LRT also stops a block away and the closest station would be The Bay.
Please be aware that there will be an automatic 20% gratuity added to all service(s) and/or packages on groups containing 3 or more people. This will be applied at the time of payment and applied to each person. There are no exceptions to this rule…unless you’ve already prepaid and tipped for your service(s).
