Reflexology – Reflexology therapies are natural therapeutic methods based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body that map to other parts, glands, and organs of the body. Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology therapy can: Relieve tension, improve circulation, support the body’s efforts to function optimally

 Chronic Foot Pain – If you suffer from chronic foot pain due to bunions, hammertoes, gout, plantar fasciitis, peripheral neuropathy, bone spurs, arthritis, metatarsalgia (including Morton’s neuroma), tarsal tunnel syndrome, injuries, surgery, or plain overuse. I have recently taken a course with customized techniques to help alleviate these conditions.

 Traditional Thai – Thai Foot massage works on similar principles as Reflexology covering the feet and the lower leg. It involves hands on massage and stretching techniques opening the ‘Sen’ energy lines, along with the use of a traditional Thai massage stick.

Currently Reflexology is available every Tuesday & Wednesday, as well as every second Friday & Saturday. Inquire for availability.

  • 30 minutes (add on to a 60 minute session if you would like to go more in depth) – $60.00
  • If combining the 60 and 30 minute reflexology, the cost is $160, not including tax. We do not offer 30 minute sessions alone, as it is not enough time to offer a proper session that you would benefit from.
